Our aim was to breathe new life into LegendKeeper’s positioning through a concrete understanding of their customers and renewed marketing strategy.

We embarked on this epic quest to uncover the unspoken secrets behind the loyalty of LegendKeeper’s userbase by contacting their passionate communities on Discord, their email list, and sub Reddit. Our team interviewed customers 1:1 and sent out a tailored survey to garner knowledge about their best-fit and highest retaining customers.

Next, we reviewed the survey results, covering their hobbies and beloved product features to build a concrete ideal customer figure from what had previously been amorphous assumptions.
