Who we are

👋🏾 Hello! My name is Sophia and I own ⚡**Ignore No More** a branding, website, and marketing agency for startup SaaS co’s.

We’re growing quickly and I am looking for 1-2 graphic designers to start mid-November making edits and changes to existing branding and helping us with creating images for websites.

Money, start date, deets

• Pay varies by project but would start with a flat agency retainer fee that covers small tasks, typically around $300/mo
• With a scope and payment discussion around larger branding projects (involving logos, new color schemes, brand kits, etc). These would be paid per project/per client.
• 2 week trial period on internal projects
  • logo updates for Tangram, an internal tool so I can see how you approach a branding project
  • sub-set logo for one of our agency marketing initiatives so I can how you approach expanding additional branding guidelines for a new medium
• then a 30 day paid trial period on client projects
  • this will include a combination of pre-set tasks and tasks as they come up
• after that 1.5 month trial then we can go month-to-month.
• You can see a list of past tasks below to give you an idea, although it does vary month-to-month:

<aside> 🎒 I’ll be honest, right now we don’t have a lot of fun, flashy branding work, but that is going to change in early 2023.

<aside> 😬 If you’re an established designer that’s already found their niche and wants to do their thing and focus on that, mad props, but we probably won’t be a great fit. You can still drop your info for one-off projects though! Just please put “one-off graphic designer” in the subject line.

<aside> 🎢 We have a set onboarding process and a friendly team who can help you learn the ropes of how we work, plus both myself and our a head Webflow dev (he’s the one who’s done a lot of the graphic design pieces until now) who can help you if you get stuck or have a question. 🙂
