Who we are
👋🏾 Hello! My name is Sophia and I own ⚡**Ignore No More** a branding, website, and marketing agency for startup SaaS co’s.
We’re growing quickly and I am looking for 1-2 additional Webflow designers+devs to start the first week of November making edits and changes to existing (completed) builds.
Money, start date, deets
- Pay varies by project and is on a per-project/per-month basis, typically around $500/project/month
- 30 day trial period, then we can go month-to-month.
- You can see a list of past tasks below to give you an idea, although it does vary month-to-month:
- Would also be open to a Webflow unlimited design agency taking this work, but would much prefer an independent designer.

🎒 If you’re on the jr side, but are detail oriented and have at least 1-2 years of solid Webflow experience feel free to apply!
We have a set onboarding process and a friendly team who can help you learn the ropes, plus a head dev (he’s the one who did the original builds!) who can help you if you get stuck. 🙂
